Money Making Videos

Written by John Savage on January 24, 2009

Think it might be difficult to make a funny video website? Well think again. Many people have turned this idea into quite a money spinner, and I am going to tell you how to also get a piece of the action.

1. Setting up your site.

So, the first thing that we do when making a funny video website is to make sure that we have a great name. This should be a fun excercise, making sure that we find a name which is if possible different and yet appealing, as this will help us get a good steady supply of traffice to our site.

2. Getting the videos.

You can easily lift videos from other popular video sites. But there are also sites that allow you access to many of the popular funny videos which you can use. Many sites share with one another videos as well. So getting the videos to supply for your funny video website is relative easy.

3. Making the Money.

Now of course I know that you are thinking “how do I make any money from this”? and thats a fair question. Well, by using a variety of methods such as Google Ads, Banner Ads., ezine advertising etc. you will find that you can start to generate quite a few dollars, and once you start, and word gets around, then the floodgates can open.

One of the most important thing is to get traffic to your site, and as I touched on in the previous paragraph PPC ads are great for this. You need to sign up with Google ads and with Yahoo ads and then watch as the clicks start rolling in. Of course not everybody who clicks on your ad will buy, but some will and thats what makes it worth your while.

4. Putting it all together.

If you want to make all of this a lot easier then you just need to do a search on the internet for books or manual which will show you how to make light work of setting all of this up. A search such as “making funny videos” or “video websites” should lead you to a number of easy options which will indeed make your task a lot easier.

Creating free leads with Video

Written by Jan Shimano on January 20, 2009

For all of us who are involved in the internet marketing business, generating quality leads is our biggest hurdle. We could have the best deal out there and the coolest looking website but if we are not attracting visitors to that site, then it’s all for nothing.

One way that people are having success is by using video marketing.

There are many video websites out there, but at the moment YouTube appears to be head and shoulders above all the rest. It’s very easy to use and it’s also free to join. The only expense you have is purchasing a webcam. You can get one for less than $100.00. A camcorder produces a better image, but YouTube is not all about the quality of the picture. Content is ‘king’ when it comes to video. I edit my videos using my Windows MovieMaker. It has some really neat features and you can make your video look quite professional. YouTube also has features on their site to personalize your video.

When getting ready to record a video, I recommend that you double check your settings, especially for the lighting. You might have to close or open the blinds in your room or put on a light or two. You want the viewers to be able to see your face clearly.

After you have recorded your video you will then want to edit it. One of the main things to do at this stage is to superimpose your website address at various points in your video. You can also make comments that pertain to what you were saying right at that moment. It adds variety to the video and makes it more interesting for the viewer. If you dont put your website address on the video, and it gets forwarded to someone else, they will have no way of connecting with you.

Most people do put their website on their YouTube page, but in many instances they are not doing it correctly. Your full website address with the http:// should be the very first thing you enter in your information box. If you put it at the end, it will not show on your page, as YouTube only shows the first line or two and if people want to read the entire notation, they have to click to read more.

It’s quite amazing to me that a number of people in network marketing have not jumped into the video marketing scene. It’s not in their comfort zone. My best advice to them is to get that webcam, sit in front of it and practice, practice, practice. These videos are for your eyes only. You can watch them, critique them yourself to see how you can improve, erase them and then try again. We all know that practice makes perfect, so go for it. I like to imagine that I am having a private conversation with a good friend of mine, so I can be myself and smile and laugh just as if she was there with me. This really works!

Think about the type of person that you are trying to attract into your business and dress accordingly. Our ultimate goal to to motivate the viewer to visit our website. Always keep this uppermost in your mind. Make sure you extend the invitation at the end of your video. Ask them outright to click on your website and enter their name and e-mail address so you can provide them with more information.

Now that you have a video up on YouTube, it’s important that you maximize the effectiveness of it. The way you do this is by posting your video to other sites, such as MySpace or FaceBook and also blogging about it. You need these inter-connections for the search engines to move you up in the ratings.

A good video can go viral and be seen by hundreds of thousands. If that’s your video, you will be in ‘free lead heaven’.

Music and movies on Internet

Written by Nick Gelber on January 20, 2009

The Internet is a great place for work and entertainment. Practically everything you need, or want to know, can be found on the Web. There you can find really unique gifts or the most popular movies and MP3s.

Blockbuster and Netflix are becoming a thing of the past. No need to go there anymore because you can find online all the movies you might want to see and the most difficult part of the process is to make up your mind which movie to watch.

When you do a Google search for movies and MP3s, pages of sites will be at your disposal. The hardest part will be determining which service provider is right for your entertainment needs. Also, with today’s economy on the decline, cost may be a deciding factor.

If you search for cheap sites, you will certainly find the free ones as well. However, have in mind that some of the free sites offer mainly old movies (i.e. black and white). Actually, old movies are not bad at all because even though they are not in full color, their storyline is so intriguing!

You can also find free sites, which allow to view the file, but do not allow storing it locally or making copies of it.

If you want to download MP3s and movies and make copies of them, chances are that you will have to pay for that. But the good news is that basically the fee you pay is less than 1 ticket for the movies. Another benefit of these paid sites is that they offer technical support, so if you can’t download or copy the file, help is available.

In addition, the subscription sites also have the software that assists in downloading the video files faster and clearer than some of the free sources. Some files on free sites can take so long to transfer that the site will actually timeout and fail to download altogether.

Of course, there are many good free sites as well. However, have in mind that even paid sites often offer stuff for free, or have adopted a model, which requires that you pay a small fee but get as many movies as you like. As you see, there are really many opportunities for getting movies for free or for a small fee, so if you download all the movies you want to see, you might never be able to see them all.

Whatever you decide, movie and MP3 downloads are available from a plethora of sources on the Web. Some are free, while others cost a subscription fee to download an endless number of videos. Either way, it is a lot cheaper than one visit to the local theater, especially if you have a family.

Chiropractic Marketing - 1st Page Google Rankings in 24 Hours

Written by Matthew Loop DC on January 20, 2009

If you hired an expensive SEO guru to take your chiropractic marketing to the next level, and you haven’t seen results in one day, then your marketing expert doesn’t know a thing about how to successfully market your practice. Real results should be seen in one day from search engines like Google, Yahoo, and MSN. Get rid of the guru! There’s a better way to do SEO, and it will get you to the top 3 of the first page listings in these popular engines.

I see the average chiropractor making this same mistake over and over. For some reason, maybe just from deceptive sales tactics, chiropractors feel they need to pay between $500-$1500 on SEO for their website every month. The problem is that they’ve been scammed because of lack of understanding and awareness about basic search engine optimization.

Everyone in the chiropractic world is paying a fortune to perhaps end up on page 33! That isn’t anywhere near to the top 3, where you should be. I’ve used a very secret strategy to get at the top of the search engines, and the success that has brought me is unbelievable. Well, my secret is no longer a secret because I’ve coached thousands of students to do the same thing, and their success is certainly no secret either. When I revolutionized this marketing strategy in 2005, it was from the realization that videos have tremendous indexing on Google and other powerhouse engines. It helps to understand why when you realize that Google purchased YouTube for 1.1 billion. Are you starting to see what I’m talking about?

With this revelation, I began to use a free service called TubeMogul to submit my videos (chiropractic marketing and others) to about 12 web 2.0 video sharing websites automatically. This actually got rid of the numerous hours I was spending manually uploading my videos to these networks. What a breathe of fresh air it was and it helped leverage and free-up a great deal of time. What I also noticed, was that I was able to begin to get-on an canvass the search engines for whatever keywords I wanted pretty quickly. Very interesting and fun, I thought.

In this whole process, you might be wondering how much money I spent. The answer is that I didn’t spend a single dime! Once I stopped listening to the “gurus” and started to learn for myself, I was amazed by how wrong they all were. I now had a mission to create tons of videos and blanketing the search engines with all my material. I was on the top spots of Google a lot. Pretty impressive, huh?

I thought things were as good as they could possibly be, until I discovered a video sharing service that made TubeMogul look like a bread factory. My output was multiplied by 10, all with the click of a button. Like magic, in one moment I was on 60 more sites than I had been the moment before. Within 48 hours I can get a video at top billing on Google, and this can even happen within 24 hours. The proof is in the pudding, and my proof is right before my very eyes when I see my videos, articles, and website at the top of the major search engines.

It’s important in this modern, busy world to leverage your tasks appropriately. This is of particular importance to chiropractors. These video and article submission services add so much time to your life and eventually so much profit to your business.

So, to set the record straight, getting to the top of the search engines in less than two days (for Free) is absolutely possible! Don’t let your current SEO guy tell you otherwise. All chiropractors and other business owners will have to learn this eventually. The ones that take the bull by the horns and learn it now will be able to prosper and create real wealth during this long economic recession. The choice is yours to adapt or have your business become extinct. As technology and communication change, so must we if you want to thrive.

iPhone Downloads Site - Tips To Pick The Best Site

Written by Davion W on January 20, 2009

Any iPhone user must be excited to maximize the features of this hi-tech gadget, and one way this can be possible is to find the best iPhone downloads site on the World Wide Web.

You will find plenty of choices when it comes to downloads sites for iPhone that choosing a particular one will be a taxing experience. To help you make a smart decision, you must know what makes other sites excel over the other sites.

When looking for a good downloads site for iPhone, consider the price of the downloads. Avoid looking for free sites because there are virtually no free sites without the accompanying risks of spyware and viruses. Besides, free sites are not likely to offer you good quality downloads or unlimited downloads.

A good iPhone downloads site will normally have a couple of payment options for you. Either you pay the one time payment fee which is usually just $49 or you pay for every download that you make. Regardless of your choice, you get your money’s worth because you get to download almost anything, not just music. You can download movies, videos and games, software and anything else to your heart’s content.

You will also know if you have stumbled on a great downloads site if you can find your way with ease. A good site, after all, should be user-friendly, so much so that even those who are really not internet savvy know how to find their way in and around the site.

Another thing that you should watch out for when searching for the best iPhone downloads site is the speed of the downloads. How long it takes for each download to complete is important, considering that you are paying for the service in the first place. If the site is taking a long time, better look for another site where you can get your money’s worth.

Always a great consideration is the good customer and technical support provided by the site. Customer and technical support must be provided by the site, and they must be readily available in case you need them. It is very ideal for a good site to have a working email address and contact numbers so you can easily make your complaint or make your inquiries any time you want to. To test if the email address is working properly or to be sure that you are not dealing with robots, send the site an email and expect the reply to be made by a real human being.

Stop by my blog and find more relevant information about iPhone downloads site.

Mp3 Music Player Reviews & Guide

Written by Anne Ahira on January 20, 2009

Anytime a new technology comes on the scene, it is a safe assumption that there will be bugs in the system and mp3 music players are no exception. Knowing what some of the common problems are and what to do about them is helpful before there is an issue.

Common Mp3 Music Player Issues

Some issues will be specific to a certain product or size mp3 music player, for the reason here; we will just observe issues usual to all players.

Freezing is a frequent problem for an mp3 music player including digital display. The unit will freeze up and like your computer, the only thing to do is shut it down and hope the matter settle on start up.

Can’t load songs to mp3 music player.

Cannot load pictures or movies to your mp3 music player

Mp3 music player will not turn on or charge

Unwanted deletion of songs

PC do not accept the device

Surprisingly you will encounter only about ten general problems with an mp3 music player. The good news is that most are linked to software matters and not hardware.

Common Results

Is the operational system of your computer compatible? Check the product packaging for system requirements

Have you installed all the software that come along with the mp3 music player? Manufacturers usually pack up the players with disc containing software and drivers; you may require to run the disc again.

Is the format of the music file suitable with your player? several players will only accept specific music file formats; again refer to the operating manual or packaging for requirements.

Reset your player, where on your mp3 music player there will be a little hole noticeable as reset. Use a little pin or toothpick to trip the reset button.

Firmware upgrade, every once in a short time a product will get to market with bugs that require a firmware upgrade. A fast explore of the internet should suggestion you all the information required to achieve this upgrade.

Other common problems like cracked screens and water damage are hardware problems and will likely require that you replace your mp3 music player. Currently there are no manufacturers that produce replacement parts for mp3 music players. At this time, it is more cost effective to replace the unit than repair it.

This is a sample of the most common issues and ways to fix them. If your mp3 music player has other issues or the above repairs do not work then you likely have a hardware failure and will have to replace the mp3 music player.

Advice on Shooting a Video

Written by SFXsource on January 17, 2009

Anyone can make a short film, you don’t need to be a professional. Any kind of camera will do, because these tips will help you make a great video. Post-production is key to creating an awesome film, however, you’ll need really good footage for post-production to run smoothly. The first step is to figure out what you want the film to be about. You’ll want to pick someone interesting. Get ready for an adventure- forget the tripod, you can leave it behind.

1. When first starting off, don’t move the camera. To capture movement, you can have a still frame. Simply hold the camera still, and let movement pass in and out of the frame. If you start getting good, you may learn to pan the camera.

2. Get a close-up shot. Not only does it draw attention to the action, but it gets the viewer engaged. Don’t be afraid to stick the camera in someone’s face.

3. Next, get a great shot over the person’s shoulder. This is a good perspective to have, and the viewer feels as though they are right there. It’s okay if the person moves in and out of the frame.

4. For the previous shots to make sense, step back to get an overview shot. Get a number of different shots by walking around the action (not while recording).

5. After you get the critical shots, experiment with other angles. Try shooting from up high, or getting down low. Rarely do you want to “zoom.” If you want to get a close-up, all you have to do is move yourself closer in.

Typically, you will want to record 10 second segments of all the shots mentioned. When deciding what to shoot, follow your instincts and capture what your eye is drawn to. Put all these shots together for a dynamic film!

How to get traffic to your web site

Written by Rick Lomas on January 16, 2009

Since fast and affordable broadband internet connections are now commonplace, it makes sense to use the power of video to get traffic to your website. Statistics indicate that people, especially the younger crowd, spend more time online than watching TV. Video on the internet is not new, but it was traditionally just for entertainment.

When making a video to drive traffic to your website consider this: Take a look at how other top ranked websites are using the power of video to increase traffic and sales. A video is an ideal way to demonstrate your product or service and get those important visitors to your website.

Keep in mind that the video is a representation of your company. Choose the people or images in your traffic driving video with care. Make sure they are pleasant. People are more interested in watching something pleasant. Using neutral accents is recommended. Keep in mind that humans listen faster than they speak, so don’t speak too slowly; it will irritate your viewers.

Since you are using the video to get traffic to your website, be sure to show your URL at both the beginning and the end of the video clip. It is also possible to watermark your URL into your video. Once the video is produced, it is time to get it to the masses and use that video to increase your website traffic.

YouTube is not the only video sharing site; there are currently around 30 sites that will host your videos. To realize the maximum benefit from your video you should consider posting your clip to all of these sites. Some of the hosting sites provide a revenue sharing option. Posting your video to all of these available sites can be time consuming, but it is very effective. Fortunately, there are services that will upload your video to all of the sites for a nominal fee.

Since you are using the video to get traffic to your website, be sure to show your URL at both the beginning and the end of the video clip. It is also possible to watermark your URL into your video. Once the video is produced, it is time to get it to the masses and use that video to increase your website traffic. Now is the time to get started. Jump in and produce a video that will effectively promote your site. Using video will increase traffic to your website, especially if it is picked up by other webmasters, and goes viral. Using video to get traffic to your website is effective and fun.

Animoto is a service that can turn some music and a few stills into fantastic music videos. Once the video has been made you can download it and submit it to video hosting platforms all over the web. I find that with carefully chosen keyphrases you can get a number one in Google in less than 2 hours. The Animoto Software is online and free to use if you are only doing short videos, but I recommend getting the ‘All Area Pass’ which is very cheap and even cheaper if you use this Animoto referral code: ‘xklrsoeg’ which gets you a $5 discount

The fastest and most cost effective way to get your videos online to multiple video hosting platforms, automatically converted into podcasts and well distributed to multiple podcast directories, social bookmarked and automatically blogged is by using the awesome online service, Traffic Geyser, which has enabled me to get a Google number one in less than 4 minutes.
